The City of Canandaigua has been a Tree City USA for 33 years.
Friday April 25th, is Arbor Day. The City of Canandaigua Tree Advisory Board will hold a celebration and tree planting, cosponsored by the City Parks Department and Wood Library, at 1 pm at Kershaw Park near the playground. The program will focus on how to plant a tree and will include planting new trees to replace those lost in last summer’s tornado at the park. And you can help!
The program is free and open to everyone.
The Town of Canandaigua will be holding an Arbor Day tree planting celebration at Outhouse Park at 10 AM on Friday, April 25, 2025. This event is also free and open to all.
