Paul Brock toured 40 people through the FLCC Viticulture and Wine Center which opened in January 2015. The Viticulture and Wine Center features a teaching winery, enology laboratory, aging rooms, wine storage, a crush pad, a classroom, a kitchen area, and office space.  In addition, a rotating vineyard is featured next to the winery.
