Marty Dodge is generously opening his property with 4 miles of trails overlooking Canandaigua Lake. It should be splendid with great oaks, a gorge and several meadows. Please plan to meet us at 10 am to explore.
We’ll be able to make comparisons with this view from his
property in April when the daffodils were in bloom.
Directions: You may meet in the parking lot behind the
County Court House on Sly Street
by 9:15 am when we will carpool to 6105
Jones Road, Canandaigua. If you prefer to meet us there: Take NYS Route 21 south; 1.5 miles past the hamlet of
Cheshire, turn right up onto the dead end Jones Road and keep going to the
pavement's end then bear left onto my gravel drive past the "Barnum
Wood" sign and proceed up the hill to the ample parking between Marty’s
house and the pole barn.
