 On Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM Color Fairport Green has organized a watch party to help us learn how invasive species like the SPOTTED LANTERNFLY are affecting our environment.

Upcoming Events!

Did you know...Covid-19 is actually the second pandemic experienced by the Canandaigua Botanical Society?

We are excited to safely begin meeting as groups back out in nature with a botanical walk to begin at the Ontario Pathways pavilion on the New Covenant Baptist Church property, 4317 CR 46 in Canandaigua. Meet us there on Saturday, April 30 at 10am. Our annual meeting will be held on Saturday, June 18 at the Mary Francis Bluebird Haven in Victor with a picnic and plenty of opportunity to explore. 

 

Membership of $7 individual or $10 family can be paid by cash or check at most events or mailed to our treasurer (address available by request at canandaiguabotanical@gmail.com).

 

2024 will usher in Canandaigua Botanical Society’s 150th anniversary. In preparation we are seeking persons interested in working with current members to research through Canandaigua Botanical Society records housed at the Ontario County Historical Society. Please email us at canandaiguabotanical@gmail.com if you'd like more information.
