Finger Lakes Community College is
pleased to open Muller Field Station free to the public with fun wildlife
activities for all ages. There will
likely be FLCC student guided nature hikes and invasive species education.
Directions: Travel west on
US-20. Turn left onto US 20A to West
Lake Road in Honeoye. Turn left onto West Lake Road/CR 36. Muller Field Station will be on your left
near the south end of Honeoye Lake.

Marty Dodge has graciously invited us back to his property to delight in the 20,000 daffodils he has planted over the past decade. We may also enjoy a moderate walk along a trail system through
managed oak forests to a phenomenal overlook of Canandaigua Lake.

NATIONAL ARBOR DAY TREE PLANTING
Telyea Park
The City of Canandaigua is a
Tree City USA. Each year a tree is planted with an
explanation of proper tree care. The
Mayor will read a proclamation and there will be free posters and goodies from
the Arbor Day Foundation. The location
of the Arbor Day tree planting will be at Telyea Park, off of South Pearl Street between Chapin and Bristol Streets.

through St. John’s Court
off Howell Street). Bring a dish to pass and place setting for
yourself and any friends you invite along.
Dinner begins at 6 pm. At 7 pm we will learn about Arbor Day
Foundation’s Tree City USA. Bring cash or check to pay your annual dues ($7 individual / $10
family).
